Terms of Service
WhichOrg is made by GetGuru, the software division of Easier on Ears (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa (registration number 2018/599850/07), with its registered address at 332 Smuts Avenue, Lyttelton Manor, Centurion, Gauteng, 0157. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Easier on Ears (Pty) Ltd.
These terms apply to the WhichOrg browser extension and the licences sold for it. You can reach us at support@whichorg.com. By installing WhichOrg or buying a licence, you agree to these terms.
1. What WhichOrg does
WhichOrg is a browser extension that changes how the Xero website looks in your own browser, for example by colouring the page for each Xero organisation. It does not connect to the Xero API, and it does not read, change, create or send your accounting data.
WhichOrg is an independent product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Xero Limited. Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited.
2. Plans and licences
- Free: colours for up to 3 organisations, for one person.
- Solo: unlimited organisations, for one person.
- Team: unlimited organisations, for up to 10 people employed by or contracted to the business that bought it.
- Firm: unlimited organisations, for any number of people employed by or contracted to the business that bought it.
Paid plans are sold as yearly subscriptions. A licence gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WhichOrg within the limits of your plan while your subscription is active. A Solo licence may not be shared with others. Team and Firm licences may not be shared outside the business that bought them, and a Team licence may not be used by more than 10 people.
3. Buying and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; your licence then stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
4. Refunds
See our refund policy.
5. Changes to Xero
WhichOrg depends on how the Xero website is built, which Xero can change at any time without notice. We work to keep WhichOrg compatible, but we can't guarantee it will work on every Xero page at all times. When WhichOrg can't identify an organisation, it is designed to show no colour rather than a wrong one.
6. Your responsibilities
WhichOrg is an aid, not a control. You remain responsible for checking that you are working in the correct organisation and for everything you enter into Xero.
7. No warranty
WhichOrg is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that WhichOrg will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or errors made in Xero. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for WhichOrg in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paying customers, we'll give notice by email before it takes effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
