If WhichOrg isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase or yearly renewal and you'll get your money back in full. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds. You can request a refund by:
- using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visiting paddle.net and looking up your order, or
- emailing us at support@whichorg.com with the email address you used to buy.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, the licence it came with is cancelled and won't be renewed, and it may no longer be used. Please remove it from WhichOrg (open the extension, then Enter licence and Remove licence). WhichOrg then carries on under the Free plan's limits.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time so your subscription doesn't renew. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you've paid for.
